PARENT LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE
ATHLETIC CAMPS
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby give permission for my child to participate in athletic camps on the campus of Sandhills Classical Christian School, Inc.
I understand and agree that any injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring during or in connection with cotillion classes will not be covered by SCCS or its insurance.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation, whether foreseen or unforeseen, including the risk of injury, illness, or property damage.
I further understand and agree that my child is permitted on the SCCS campus only for the purpose of attending athletic camps and only in the Arts and Athletics Center building during camp times. My child is not permitted in any other buildings or areas of campus outside of these times and locations.
In addition, I understand and agree that while on the SCCS campus, my child must act in accordance with the school’s guidelines. I agree that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in my child being removed from the camp.
In consideration for my child being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sandhills Classical Christian School, Inc., its trustees, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my child’s participation in athletic camps, including any claims for personal injury, medical expenses, or property damage.
I certify that my child is physically able to participate in these activities and that I have no knowledge of any condition that would prevent safe participation.
AUTHORIZATION
I acknowledge that I am the parent or legal guardian of the above-named student and formally constitute my legal agreement to all terms stated in this waiver.
